Answer: NRIM will ensure that reply is e-mailed within two business days However, in exceptional cases NRIM may seek little more time for which the querist will get e-mail informing him that his query needs so many hours for replying instead of two business days. Querist will have the option to ask for the refund if the extra time requested by NRIM does not suit him.
In all other cases, if the reply is not received by querist, it could be only on account of some technical problem in the server or other similar problems. The best course for querist is to convey the non-receipt of reply through e-mail immediately after two business days NRIM will investigate the technical or other problem and ensure the receipt of reply by querist.
