''MEMBER'' means a Non-Resident Indian as a person resident outside India or a foreign national resident outside India who has registered on the site.
''SITE'' means the web site of NRIMENTOR.COM and includes all the material, information, write ups, laws government policies
rules and regulations available on the site.
''USER'' means any Member who uses the site for availing any services from the site.
''SERVICES'' means the various facilities available on the site and includes the
on line chatting and queries.
Unless the context otherwise requires; the masculine gender shall include feminine and singular shall include its plural.
By continuing to access or use this site, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Accordingly, please continue to review these
terms and conditions whenever accessing or using this site. If at any time you do not wish to accept the terms and conditions, you may not use this site.
The user represents and warrants that:-
he has read these terms and conditions of use of this site and has agreed to be bound by the same;
he is not a person resident in India;
the Exchange Control Laws of his country of residence permits him to pay in foreign currency to persons resident outside his country;
the Exchange Control Laws of his country of residence permits him to pay in foreign currency to persons resident outside his country;
he shall not copy, transfer and/or dispose off any material available on the site in any manner that could compete with this site to
any person/entity or for his own commercial purpose;
he shall not copy, reproduce, recompile, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute,
publish, display, perform, modify, upload to or create derivative works from or
transmit or in any way exploit any part of this site for any commercial purpose
or otherwise.
You acquire absolutely no rights or licenses in as to the site and material contained therein other than the limited right to
utilize the site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: This web site including but not limited to texts, contents, photographs, video, audio, designs, logos, names
and/or other proprietary rights are protected by copyrights and Trademarks, international treaties and other international laws. You agree to abide by all applicable copyrights, trademarks and
other laws as well as any additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the site.
FEE AND PAYMENT: The user shall pay a fee of USD 10 each time he asks
a question. In case question are asked which require special inputs from expert, lawyers and/or chartered accountants,
the user shall be informed about the charges on line. Only upon confirmation and payment of charges will the special questions/queries be answered.
The fee shall be paid by credit card and shall be received through normal banking channels using Payment Gateways.
No other mode for payment shall be accepted by NRIMENTOR.COM.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Although every care and precaution would be taken to avoid any errors and omissions, as also to provide
upto date opinions, yet there might be certain differences in the interpretation of laws and Government Policy which may cause loss, harm or
injury to the user. The user do hereby agree and acknowledge that NRIMENTOR.COM and its promoters, employees and agents
shall not be liable for any losses, damages, harms, consequential losses, expenses suffered and/or sustained by the user on account of usage of the site.
In some jurisdictions, total exclusion of liability may not be permissible under the law. In such jurisdictions, the liability for any loss, consequential loss,
damages, special damages, monetary and/or mental harm and/or agony, costs, expenses including but not limited to the charges paid for use of services on the site
shall be limited to USD 50.
The user further agrees and acknowledges that he shall lodge the claim in writing addressed to NRIMENTOR.COM, 5-Ishwar Nagar
(East), New Delhi-110 065 (INDIA) within a period of one month from the date of the impugned advise/legal opinion failing which NRIMENTOR.COM shall not be
liable to pay the damages as contemplated herein.
DISCLAIMER OF REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES: The user/Borrower/Surfer hereby understand and agree that:-
the user of the services available at the site is at his/her/its own sole and exclusive risk and consequences.
The service is provided on ''as is'' and ''as available basis''. NRIMENTOR.COM hereby expressly disclaims all warranties of
any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of accuracy, adequacy, quality, perfection, updation of any legal
information, Government Policies, statutes, rules, notifications, statutory forms and any legal opinion, replies to queries, write ups and notes on any
subject available on the site.
NRIMENTOR.COM makes no warranty
that the on line conference/chat and/or query and/or material available on the site will meet your requirements;
that the service will be uninterrupted, secure and free of errors and/or omissions;
that the quality of any write ups, legal information or any other information, or other material downloaded by you will meet your expectations; and
any errors in the software will be corrected.
GOVERNING LAWS JURISDICTION: The terms and conditions of user shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws
of India, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles thereof. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of
courts located at Delhi/New Delhi with respect to any legal proceedings that may arise in connection with the site and/or user thereof.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The terms and conditions comprising of Clauses/through 11 of NRIMENTOR.COM constitute the entire agreement between
the user and NRIMENTOR.COM and govern the use of this site.
